June 10, 2017 - Beautiful cherry, strawberry and red currant notes on the nose and pallette with a soft touch of cocoa. Nice soft tannins and a very soft, velvet smooth finish. This is the kind of Pinot Noir this region can produce on a good year. 2013 was not a perfect year but the berries were hand selected to pick only the best berries. This meticulous attention to detail produced an outstanding wine. Exactly what a nice red Bourgogne would taste like. If you have this wine, give it a try, if you do not, you should get some before it is gone.
