August 28, 2020 - I found this to be a beautiful wine. I typically shy away from Pouilly-Fuisse as I find them to be on the very acidic side, and tough to enjoy. This was perfectly balanced and acids well in check at this point. Notes of stone fruits and white flowers dominated the nose with a medium finish.

April 9, 2020 - This wine is clear, golden straw tinged with green. The gradient appears slight considering the age.
Golden yellow apples rich with buttery crust, and an almost burnt toasting. Spice notes of vanilla and truffle abound indicating French oak, perhaps large barrels? The terroir is well-balanced to the fruit and oak - there is a minerality of limestone, perhaps perceived as limey and green- parsley or hillside grass and clay/mud. When you sip this wine, the minerality is more forward than it was on the nose, particularly the lime.
Acidity is medium, alcohol is med+, body is medium, and the texture is creamy. This wine is mostly well-balanced but the lime and the burnt toast sticks out slightly more than other flavors. The finish is medium + and the complexity is medium +.

June 15, 2019 - Medium yellow. Somewhat subdued nose dominated by melon. Smooth but a touch flat. Short on acidity. Feels a bit over the hill. A small bottle so may have experienced accelrated aging. Okay but not on my buy again list.

September 26, 2018 - Not profound but yummy. Nice nose. Fruity balanced on the palate. Solid finish. Glad I have enough to follow over time
