August 31, 2018 - Un rouge translucide au pourtour grenat. Le nez est vraiment beau. Très épicé : Anis étoilée, cannelle, piment de la jamaïque, mais aussi rose rouge, réglisse, boîte à cigare.... C'est en bouche que malheureusement ça se gâte. Les tanins sont rêches, voire gommeux. La finale est asséchante et pas très plaisante. Est-ce que plus de vieillissement rendra ce rouge plus aimable un jour? Cette bouteille carafée et bue sur deux jours m'en fait douter.
