May 1, 2022 - Wanted to love this but it fell short. Even with 2hour decant. Not bad by any means but does not get great. Tannin still present but fruit fading fast. Can't imagine this getting any better. Maybe time to drink.

August 28, 2017 - Did not drink well tonight. Rather pedestrian and an ordinary red tonight, and very unlike the wine I have been enjoying since meeting the founders at CBCC. I will wait and report back on the ne t bottle.

May 21, 2017 - A refined effort which is more left bank than Napa. Probably needs a number of more years. Blackberry and small amounts of lead pencil amindst a mouth feel of closed tannin and slight prune dryness.
