  December 29, 2023 - slightly wrong temp but enjoyed over two nights with roast chicken and then a speckled trout.... the wine has some sweetness but is also crushed eggshells dry, darkening color but still lots to go. Sandra approved.

  June 26, 2020 - 91 Estupendo vino, muy personal. Amarillo dorado. Nariz de talco, flores, poco intenso. En boca es magnífico, se crece a cada momento. Muy equilibrado, untuoso sin ser pesado. Buena acidez y una nota de amargor muy rica. Mucha personalidad. En un momento magnífico.

  February 2, 2020 - Golden delicious apple, pear and a waxy almost woodsy element. Spice and candies ginger. Decent acidity. Nothing complex, in fact it’s pretty straightforward. But maybe the best thing I can say about this wine is that it’s not premox’d!
