    January 19, 2023 - (CDV)

July 15, 2021 - it's ripen, red (so red), sweet, I mean so sweet as a non-sweet red.
It has honey, perfume, lots of white pepper and spice, peach, jujube, mineral, and rust. I'm like drinking sweet wine.
Light body maybe bc the old vintage?

July 15, 2021 - Rhone & Champagne x BBQ Meats: Somewhat a vintage I did not have the best experiences with in Rhone (including the top producers), but damn Rayas well exceeded my expectations. Spicy cherry fruit on the nose, quite sweet, almost liquor-like, with a bright core just glowing with its charm. Weightless and lifted on the palate. Barely any edge, so smooth, yet with its incredible flow of energy going all around. To be fair, still lighter than even other vintages of Rayas, but this is a major success, and very ready to drink today. 94

March 6, 2020 - From the same source as my bottles from a few years ago. Sweet, sweet raspberry and incense, leaning in a cloying direction without actually getting there. Sweet tea, and a touch of VA. More advanced than my last bottle. On the palate, excellent, vibrant, acidity, tawny red fruit, a touch of porty density, but weightless nonetheless, and a pepper heat on the finish. This is stunning, if perhaps on the downslope.
