April 7, 2024 - Decanted >1 hour. Wine continues to mature and get even better. Sorry this is my last bottle. Drinking beautifully right now.

April 2, 2024 - Color: solid core. Deep ruby. No noticeable bricking.
Nose: muted, medium red fruits with some graphite. Not jumping out of the glass. Nothing off, just expected a little more.
Palate: Sweet on the front end, medium mouth feel, slightly bitter on the back end. Finishes nicely, 20 seconds.
Overall nice wine at 11 years old.
Score: 92-93 points. -

November 23, 2023 - Happy Thanksgiving! 1hr+ decant and needed a ton more. Definitely decant this for 3 hours. Wine was dark red with bourbon, alcohol, and cedar on the nose. Over the course of dinner and the next few hours it changed multiple times. It finally finished with a lovely combination of dark cherries, bramble, cedar, and rustic flavors. Medium plus depth and finish. Was awesome!

November 14, 2023 - An excellent wine with dense dark fruit, spice, well balanced with well integrated tannins and long finish. Paired with game-meat meatloaf.
