May 10, 2020 - Plum and blackberry on the nose. Nice ruby color, medium legs. Full bodied and smooth with chocolate, dark berries and plum on the palate. Minimal tannin. Moderate finish with a slight amount of spice

August 22, 2018 - Started out rather simple and extracted; herbs, sweetness... bubblegum even. This was paired with rib eye, something that should have been natural, but just wasn't working. Stuck the cork back in and fridged it. Revisiting a few days later, it had rounded out nicely, the tannins and secondary flavors moving to the fore. At that point, it was best enjoyed simply on its own.
