August 18, 2023 - Dark and chewy tannins wrapped around blackberries, cherries and currants. Finishes with a hint of menthol .
January 21, 2023 - there was quite a bit of funk on the nose that took some time to dissipate. eventually it did to reveal gravel and earth which was quite nice. beautiful dark fruit and smooth tannins.
June 3, 2019 - Outstanding iteration of PS. Elegant fruit with a solid tannic backbone.
November 30, 2018 - Decanted for an hour. This is pure petite sirah! Dark, dense and chewy. Plums, espresso and gravel on the palate. Excellent with braised short ribs and risotto. Very well made.
November 18, 2018 - We didn’t decant. Could have used a couple of hours of decanting. But it was still fantastic.
October 22, 2018 - Still needs a little time, but deep and juicy now. Black fruit, not over the top, a nice bottle.

November 6, 2015 - Very young and needs some time in bottle. However, day 2, it had mellowed and was delicious. This is a great wine.
