Community Tasting Notes 2

August 19, 2019 - Pleasant enough, with notes of muted red fruit, some orange peel and soft spice, but a lack of acidity left this feeling flabby and a bit tired even though the flavors would suggest a wine that was well within its drinking window.

January 27, 2016 - Nose - sweet fruits, vanilla, oak evident, strawberries and cream
Palate - Lighter than the nose, red fruits, lots of tannin and acid.
Conclusion - OK, but not sure the components are in total balance.
