November 13, 2022 - Still very tight. Intense, minty, but needs a lot more time.

April 24, 2021 - The first of three purchased at the winery: No sediment. Some heat in the aroma. Intense flavors, moderate to high tannins, still young. I'm not sure that it will ever soften, but it's quite drinkable now, notwithstanding the tannins. My wife loved it.

Not as brash as the lower tier Stellenbosh cabernet but not worth the 2x price tag. Will give the one i have left time and more air.
