November 12, 2017 - Nice bouquet - slightly floral. However, flavour disappears rather quickly. Body is moderate but light for Chardonnay.
April 22, 2017 - Decent Chard. similar to other comments, but noted the mild bitter lemon finish on the mid-palate that detracted some from the overall freshness and citric notes. 2013 was a better year.
April 3, 2017 - Less jammy than expected, with a pleasant kiss of citrus and good acid. Quaffable. 87-88.
March 25, 2017 - Lemon, creamy, mild butter.
March 18, 2017 - Well, I suppose. This didn't have a ton of oak in it (actually imperceptibly little to me tonight) - a little disjointed in the alcohol-bitterness area, without enough fruit to carry it. Some good minerality, quite fresh, good enough to drink, but underwhelming, especially for $44 at a restaurant.
January 8, 2017 - Nose of lemon, quince, and oak. Very oaky palate, with flavours of new oak, vanilla essence, light fudge, lemon oil, and apple schnapps. I like oaky Chardonnay, so I found this quite gluggable.
December 20, 2016 - Had a blind tasting with Sonoma Coast and Les Pierres of same winery, and the Russian River Ranches was the winner, more character, more layered fruit. Smooth.
November 8, 2016 - Had at two different restaurants in Naples. Citrus flavors, enjoyable and easy to drink in the sun with lunch. View of the gulf didn't hurt either.
October 16, 2016 - The oak is a bit more on the subtle side compared to many of the older vintages I've tasted. Beautiful nose of lemon and lime w/ green apple, ripe pear, spice and minerals. The palate is crisp w/ lemon, lime, peach, golden delicious apple and lychee.
September 27, 2016 - Very tasty wine, had with pizza. Lots of fruit.
