February 4, 2024 - When I can drink a red wine with no food and enjoy it as much....I am in front of something..and this Zin is all that and more.....still holding its fruit and silky tannins.

March 14, 2022 - Jacob said cedar. I think light smooth tobacco from a cigar box with a bit of chocolate and subdued fruit. I did not drink except for a tiny sip. Smooth. A bit of Howell Mountain spice with no bite.

January 8, 2020 - This wine is still massive and tannic but on day 2 it was mellowed out. I have a few more bottles and will decant the next one as this had tons of sediment.
