January 1, 2021 - Superb Champagne. Still a long way to go I think as even in space of an hour or so it changed in the glass/bottle, becoming more nuanced and complex and richer.

December 25, 2020 - Magnificent. Perfect with lobster entree (cheap lobster the upside of the emerging trade war with China) and to drink on and off through Christmas Day. One more bottle to go. Will save for 2021.

November 14, 2020 - Perhaps not quite as 'knock out' as the las bottle but still delicious. Already pretty rich and probably going to continue that direction. Id say drink between now and 2023
