May 4, 2017 - A tasty wine. Great fruit tastes of grapefruit, apple, lemon and some herbs. Very good acidity. We had this with sushi in Princeton, and it was an especially good pairing with the soft-shell crab rolls, the mackerel, yellowtail, raw ginger and seaweed salad. Great with food. We got this for $12 / bottle on close-out: excellent value at that price. Drink now!

September 27, 2016 - Bright silvery in color. The nose offers up a more restrained grapefruit than New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. But it is there, along with lemon peel, orange, and overripe pineapple. Crisp acidity on the palate with a hint of oak offering up some complexity to the tropical fruit and minerality. The finish is crisp and restrained. Just a bit of lingering. A great choice for a Sauvignon Blanc to pair with fettucine alfredo, or fruit on a hot summer day.
