  • Maphill01 Does not like this wine:

February 14, 2020 - Pnp, left for an hour. Not my style. Nice plum aromatics, but downhill from there. Fruit forward (blackberry). Medicinal chocolate, oak, vanilla. Full body and thick mouthfeel. Unbalanced. 16% ABV!

January 21, 2020 - little more tannic and fruit forward, still big Aussie wine, but enjoyable

December 26, 2018 - 1 hr decant served a little cold, 65F ish. Needed more time to breath. First impressions were a forceful flavor profile a little unbalanced. 20 mins later was better but still a needed time. The Shiraz was heavy. I think that if it had been a little warmer and a longer decant it would be great.

June 10, 2018 - Won’t rate as not my style. Intense medicinal chocolate covered overripe sugared plum and blue fruit candies with some raw oak rubbed on the outside. Huge thick alcohol mouthfeel. Drink now?

March 3, 2018 - Molly Dooker wines are fabulous, as long as you enjoy powerful wines. This wine pours to an inky dark almost black color. Intense dark fruit aroma with a long lasting finish. Taste is fruit forward with lots of dark fruit. This is a full body wine with a punch. Love it
