March 7, 2020 - Starting to loose a lot of fruit and wine getting a bit unbalanced with higher acidity. Won't recomend cellaring further. Drink up.

May 4, 2019 - Strågul. Nese med grønne epler, tropiske frukter, sitrus og blomster. Sitrus, epler, honning, mineraler og tropisk frukt i munnen. Noe utvikling. Deilig syrestruktur og bra lengde. Balansert. På et veldig bra sted nå, og gruser mange GG'er.

August 2, 2017 - From 75cl screwcap. My best bottle yet – amazingly vivacious lime-tropical Riesling profile, super-fresh acid-fruit balance on the mid-palate. Once again, proof that it is well worth cellaring the Bürklin-Wolf Ortsweine for a couple of years. Good until 2020. 90P
