Community Tasting Notes 7

December 15, 2023 - Dark magenta with ruby highlights. Plum, earth, smoke and leather nose. Medium to full bodied, blueberries, pepper, cedar, fully integrated tannins, some heat, and a long finish. This was VERY funky when opened, and it took awhile to dissipate, but it was fine after that.

March 2, 2023 - The palate is fresh nice rich dark fruit and earthy, good finish, and tasted richer the next day!

February 28, 2023 - I tasted this directly from the cooler, to check if it was gone.
It wasn't, and had a deep rich color and flavor, initially dark berry and some coconut? Let it come to room temp (

May 27, 2022 - Much better than previous bottle 1 1/2 years ago, suggesting variation

Nose is filled with tobacco, pine, faint red fruits, baking spices, and earth.

Palate is still fresh, displaying bright red fruit, savory herbs and black olive up front before earthy nuances mix into the medium long finish. This wine is in a great spot right now, delish. Drink now - 2025

November 16, 2020 - Smoky and savory nose along with some alcoholic heat.

Savory palate with faded cherry and red plum fruit along with earth, olive, and smoke. Back end of the finish shows a green vegetable note like bell pepper.

Not the best Seven I had, a bit disappointing. Drink soon before all the fruit had faded away.
