September 28, 2015 - Fiorentini Vini - Castrocaro (FC) ((Cesena, Italy)): Nice violet ruby red, consistent.
Intense at nose, with medium complexity and quality: Cherries and fresh fruit above all, violet, a vegetal note.
Dry, 13% alcohol, good acidity and minerality, with tannins still to be integrated, but not aggressive. Intense and med. persistent at taste. Good body.
