September 28, 2015 - Fiorentini Vini - Castrocaro (FC) ((Cesena, Italy)): Sangiovese 50%; Cab. Sauv 30%; Shyraz 20%. Passing barriques.
    Intense, dark ruby red.
Intense, complex and fine at nose: a plentiful sensations of spices (black pepper, coffee, liquorice), black fruits and erbaceous.
Dry, alcoholic (13,5%), rounded. Good acidity, gentle tannins, also if young. Still to mature and balance.
Coherent at taste: intense, persistent and fine: full body, but still to evolve. Notes of liquorice and a rich fruit. [AiS Rom. 80/85 2016]
