April 16, 2021 - WOTN in our chili cookoff....and my traditional chili won over Carol's designer "chicky" white chicken chili entry.....no contest. Just a fabulous totally integrated petite sirah. Totally smooth, no edges, and soft in the mouth. This is drinking exceptionally well right now and I see no upside from here. Dark , brooding fruit, gentle acidity, perfect balance. Just a beautiful wine that balances the chili spices of the meal perfectly. Wish I had more........

November 5, 2020 - Extremely light-bodied for a Petite Sirah with some subtle green notes.
