November 10, 2018 - First sip was spicy with hints of pepper

Mouthfeel has black fruit, hints of peppermint, milk chocolate.

Aftertaste not too long, but is a good finish.

A good drink for the night.

December 30, 2017 - Deep red color, good nose - black fruit. Rich taste, plenty of tannin, and significant mouth feel. Strong Cabernet taste

March 17, 2017 - Probably the best wine of the evening. Not too juicy (for an Australian wine), but well balanced, almost dry. Would get this again if I could find it.

March 10, 2017 - Redcurrant, blackcurrant, espresso, dark chocolate, mint, vanilla and leather. Intense fruit, long finish, and nice, dry tannins.

September 21, 2016 - Dark ruby red with nice slow legs. Nose of dark fruit and sweet berries. Taste starts with sweet caramelization and dark cherry and chocolate. Finishes dry and peppery. Incredibly smooth with a silky smooth mouthfeel. Medium to heavy in body. Enjoyed more than I expected. Good QPR to boot!

And that was without doing the Molly Dooker "shake" which releases the nitrogen that Molly Dooker puts into its wines to reduce sulfates. After doing the shake, did a second pour and sure enough, nose and taste is much bolder. Taste is much more fruit forward with dark berries and blue berries over notes of chocolate. Like it both ways!
