July 6, 2016 - The nose is green apple, Meyer lemon, wet stone, and white pepper. There is tart green apple and lime on the palate. It is light/ medium in body but juicy with ample acidity and a medium finish depending on the pairing.

October 6, 2015 - Served chilled. Faint sweet lemon meringue on the nose; pale yellow in color. On the entry, noticeable viscosity tending towards a heavy body weight. On the palate, lemon, lemon rind with faint kerosene; ends with a semi dry, clean viscous finish. Bought to pair with a (first time) home made Thai Hot and Sour soup. Good.
