December 20, 2020 - Chili pairing wine taste off: This wine continues deliver. A great big bold wine, primarily made with Sherwin's Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Everyone agreed this wine went best with Bob's chili.

November 15, 2020 - We love this big wine from Sherwin Family Vineyards. SFV use their wines from various vintages to make their "Cellar Scraps", which differs each year, so they label each annual release with the next sequential number, this one is #9. They always put in a high percentage of their Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, which is fantastic. It's complex, big and juicy delicious. Paired perfectly with Bob's Chili and Anita's ancient grain sourdough bread. Yum.
