November 21, 2021 - I hadn't known this producer but was very impressed. Deep, with a great balance between fruit /complexity / structure, integrated (but present) tannins. There is a note of reduction which adds to the complexity and integrated better as the wine warmed up. Relatively high acidity, not high in alcohol. Lovely now, may improve a few more years.

July 23, 2021 - Quite a serious GC- Smokey nose, deep burgundy red colour, full-bodied with blueberries, damsons and a dark brooding personality. Not tight or closed in any way- very enjoyable.
