Community Tasting Notes 1

October 10, 2015 - Tasting with the Bojo-heads of Gothenburg: All Crus (except Chénas).

    Pale, lemon-green color.

Youthful nose with a medium intensity. Aromas of zesty lemon, green apple, cheese rind and cap gun smoke.

Dry on the palate with a medium acidity, medium(-) body and medium intensity. Flavors of pear, green apple, lemon, cheese rind and a bit unripe tropical fruit. The finish is medium and has a slightly grassy note to it.

A quite simple, straight forward wine. Not much bang for the €19.90 (185SEK).
