Community Tasting Notes 3

    April 11, 2020 - Made from Carignan.

Highly natural with a slight reductive opening. I guess the years of cellaring have made it more “coherent”. Still some animal tones that disappear after an hour or so. Very juicy with ripe berries, barbecue sauce and wild herbs. Not particularily interesting.

October 20, 2016 - There is a slight fizz to this and it must have been undergoing a secondary fermentation - one of the dangers of natural wines. Lovely ripe fruit and animal tones and very drinkable. In the glass though it really starts to fall apart after an hour. Bread, paper - old sherry. Not nice.

November 21, 2015 - More on the red fruit side with earthy & animalic notes. Wild, herbal, lean on the palate with high acidity. You will like or hate it. Absolutly natural without any SO2.
