September 3, 2020 - Still very good. Very drinkable. Just enough fruit, chocolate over tone and tan is to make for a great evening.
December 31, 2018 - NYE wine with mushroom pasta. Fantastatic. Bold very fruit forward. Rich.

May 7, 2018 - Pleasant wine, but simplistic. No layers or nuances. Nice to drink and enjoyable, but does not lend itself deep consideration of its presentation.
January 6, 2018 - Plum and chocolate on the nose. Beautiful color; velvety finish.
97% Cabernet, 3% Merlot
November 16, 2017 - A lighter cab sauv, almost like a pinot noir. Interesting! Having some depth but not as much body as I expected.
November 3, 2017 - This bottle better than the last 3. More mellow, fruity, and a little cedar on the finish.
July 14, 2017 - Disappointing vintage. Usually Schweiger Cabs are fantastic
June 10, 2017 - Drink now. The 2012 much better than 2011 vintage. Actually better on night 2
