April 30, 2024 - Soon at peak, fine mix between grilled lemons and a hint of melon, nicely balanced.
January 14, 2024 - Ren, luftig og presis Chablis med perfekt modning. Fersken, amalfisitron, knust sten, sjøgress. Vansklig å se for seg at den skal bli bedre med lagring, bare annerledes. Perfekt Chablis!
January 5, 2024 - (Under screwcap) Entering its drinking zone for me. Very elegant on the nose with subtle lemon and white flowers. Lemon/lime on the palate, but predominantly lemon, mouth puckering acidity, little chewy and very good length.
October 1, 2023 - Pale gold with a green tinge, MdeT volume of honeyed fruit on the nose but still youthful under its Stelvin seal. More honeyed fruit on the palate, waxy texture, saline finish, crystalline mineral, it’s a delicious Chablis with a touch of white pepper to the finish 18.5.
August 19, 2023 - Still going. Albeit a bit simpler and leaner profile, drank better as it warmed, don’t think it had to do with the airtime. Got ‘em - drink ‘em.
July 19, 2023 - Clear yellow color Plenty of tipicity. Oystershells and saline on nose. Again more seashell, wet stone on palate. Suberb acidity, medium to lean bodied. Pretty much a textbook, classic chablis from a great vintage.
June 11, 2023 - Surprisingly rich in a way I don’t always expect from MdT, but beautifully poised with lemon-lime fruit wrapped around a very stony core. Just entering its window, imho. The second 14 Michel pc I’ve opened recently, and both have been solid. Amazing how modestly priced they were back in the day.
June 1, 2023 - I think this wine is on its last leg. Still good but not so complex, light and nice with a light bite.
April 23, 2023 - Popped, poured, consumed over next 90 minutes. Similar to previous. Continues to develop positively.
March 13, 2023 - Out of 375. Another excellent bottle showing great Chablis typicity - mineral, fresh sea breeeze and citrus zest. Love to see the Diam cork on these. Wish I had more; love the wine and the format.
