April 12, 2016 - Vinitaly 2016; 4/10/2016-4/13/2016 (Verona, Italy): Conero Riserva docg, Montepulciano, 12 months in oak, 6 months oak tonneau, 6 months in bottle, 8000 vines/ha, close to 5000 bottles produced. Full ripe/overripe red and black fruit profile, strawberry, sweet spice, cinnamon and nutmeg, oak, vanilla, a heavier red floral note too. The palate is rich, ripe and overripe fruit again, cinnamon, tight tannins, subtle complexity, med body and chocolate and coffee infused med finish, nice acidity, long life ahead
