May 26, 2023 - Champagne [method], Potato Chips, French Fries (Rat Lounge Patio, CoHe): Very bright and high acid, thought the mousse was a bit aggressive compared to the rest. The nose was not giving much and the palate was mostly the chalky mineral bits without the balancing generosity of fruit or other components. There was a curious spice note on the palate.

December 31, 2022 - Opened for New Years. Have had other deVenoge champagnes. Delicious fruit notes of berry, strawberry, & raspberry. Tight and controlled bubbles. An exceptional blanc de noir.

November 19, 2022 - Bra till mat, torskrygg med vitvinssås.
Upplevde den som något kärv första klunkarna med den lugnade ner sig efter en tid i glaset. Gula äpplen och en liten dos nötighet i doft och smak. -
