September 4, 2020 - This is dense and intense with delicious flavors of black cherry, eucalyptus and forest floor. Thickly textured now with tons of crunchy acidity and minerality. The fruit is fairly mature with hints of sweet prune on the finish so maybe this is ready soon. A really pure and authentic Nobile with a classic dry and intense finish. We had it with wild venison ragu and it was a fantastic match.
