    February 16, 2022 - Appearance - Ruby color, slight orange ring, reflective, good body/legs - 2.5/3
Aroma/Bouquet - Black raspberries, black plum, oak/vanilla, some slight oxidation, mineral - 4.5/6
Taste - Black fruit, medium tannin, mineral/earthy, oak - 5/6
Aftertaste - Black fruit continues, tannins fade gradually, earthiness continues - 2.5/3
Overall - Still fruity, however the oxidation seems to show that the wine is waning - 1.5/2
Note - This wine evaluation is based on the American Wine Society 20-point judging criteria, then interpolated into a 100-point score.

April 25, 2019 - solid barolo which, despite its young age, is already ready to drink. Decanted half an hour before start sipping. Classy hints of black currant. Black fruits on the palate, intense flavdors with a nice bitter from the tannins. Best paired with a home-made pasta garnished with a lamb-based ragout, with GA in a fresh spring evening between holy days

February 23, 2019 - 1h decant and poured into the bottle again. Elegant barolo, still youthful but already truly enjoyable. Classy hints of black currant with a iron-tar component on the nose. Black fruits on the palate, intense flavors with a nice bitter from the tannins. Best paired with a "brasato" with A&MB and FA around the table at LT

November 7, 2018 - ~ $60 / bottle at Farina Raleigh. High abv- 15%, which makes it pretty approachable after a quick decant. Very expressive nose with florals and almost candied cherries and raspberries. Definitely modern but retains enough Nebbiolo characteristics to satisfy the old school Barolo-heads like myself. Haven't been too upset the past 2 times I have ordered this wine, but will probably stick to the better values on the wine list going forward, especially the nice Langhe options offered. B (86) as a restaurant bottle purchase.
