September 30, 2019 - From magnum. Really a beautiful example of a southern German Pinot. Beautiful nose, deft and balanced in the mouth. Soft garnet. Intense berry fruit. Lacks a bit of the pinot sappiness I like, but still, a hell of a wine.

August 12, 2018 - Truly a stunning wine. Beautiful aromatics, crystalline clarity of fruit, brilliant energy and angularity, classic pinot sappiness, with long, long finish. Very glad I have a couple of mags of this wine to age over the coming decade.
