October 10, 2023 - Going strong, still a pale, light yellow color. Gorgeous bouquet, perfectly poised between richness and freshness. The palate still shows young, all lime and chalk. Outstanding (again).
July 25, 2023 - PnP. Opened for visiting wine royalty; we were both thankful for such a fine performance. This is pretty much everything I'm looking for in a moderately aged 1er: exceptional balance, depth of fruit, and inspiring complexity. The cork and fill were in excellent condition, as such the wine is perfectly fresh, the color, bright and showing few signs of age. I've got three more which I'll very much look forward to opening in the coming 4-5 years. It's been far too long since I've had this producer with any real frequency, and that's something I should endeavor to rectify. recommended

November 29, 2022 - Minty, tarragon, lemon creme, subtle vanilla, white flowers. Great body and luxurious fruit, yet never heavy. Perfect balance, in such a great spot. White burgundy stands alone. 94-95 pts.
March 18, 2022 - Niellon is cheap for the right reason. His 2014 was spectacular two years ago. Based on this bottle from the same batch of the excellent bottles, it is already showing some advanced character. It is drinking older than its true age. Not surprised other tasters have already had premox bottle. Drink up asap.
October 30, 2021 - Another brilliant bottle of this. Smells of lemon drops, golden flowers, honeydew melon, followed with electric acids and a crystalline structure. Long and tangy finish. Class in a glass. 94-95 pts.

September 20, 2021 - Nice colour, slight golden hue. A bit reluctant on the nose but excellent energy and flavours/complexity on the palate. Good length. Deteriorates quite quickly in the glass so I agree with earlier comments that it's time to drink up!
November 28, 2020 - Impromptu Outdoor (Burgundy) Tasting on a Beautiful Fall Afternoon (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): Served double blind to the group. While very good, this was also much more advanced than a 2014 should present. Lots of apple and baked apple with good richness and depth. This was so bright a few years ago, but now it’s time to drink up.
