    May 11, 2019 - Tasted over 2 hrs
    -translucent pale yellow green
-stony lemon sea breeze classic Chablis
-med acidity marries with the abundant extract to leave a mildly sour sappy residue near the finish, med/med- weight linear focused stony saline and a lemony citrus element already starting to integrate into the background, very good length
-excellent and drinking very well now early on its plateau

May 5, 2019 - Less stark than the last bottle. Still lean, but with fruit to balance the minerality. This paired perfectly with a beet salad and seared scallops.

January 23, 2019 - A very good clean crisp pure wine. Drank half and vaccu pumped and stuck in fridge...for 5 days. The second half drank just as good in a different way, less crisp but richer. To me this can be drunk now or enjoyed 5 years from now.

November 13, 2018 - No appreciable change from the btl I tasted from in May except I see more potential in this wine down the road once it unwinds then I did in may along side other btls at a dinner. Palish gold. Very intense, saline with tons of citrus and minerality along with dry extract. Tasty now with food but still a bit bracing. Ideally wait to revisit this 3+ years.

    October 7, 2018 - Tasted over 1 hr
    -translucent light/med gold green
    -reduction matchstick ocean
-med/med+ acidity manifests as pronounced sourness but paradoxically texturally soft, strong saline and minerally dry extract that leaves a residue on palate and lips, med weight and concentration, gentle oak makes itself known with a slightly creamy note but no overt wood aromas/flavors, there isn't much fruit to be found but what is there is round and citrus, impressive length
-this could almost be mistaken for a (V.) Dauvissat wine as it is more about mineral and structure than about fruit though it doesn't quite have the linearity and focus typically seen in the former, I picture this as a Meyer lemon wrapped inside a salty rock
