June 30, 2023 - Very interesting. Bright golden color. Very rich and flavorful with sweet spices. Lots of clove flavor, with some other spices like cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. Exotic. Orange peel as well. Lactic feel with medium acids. It would probably be great with cheese but I am drinking it alone right now.

June 3, 2023 - Quite similar to my bottle three years ago but the toasty flavors have calmed down making this drink in a more elegant and refined manner.

October 23, 2020 - Franck Bonville prestige cuvee vintage 2012
    Extra brut (2.5g/l)
Already showing beautiful aromas despite young age. Pears, elderberries, butter, roasted almonds, lees.

On palate pleasant mousse, sharp acidic attack that develops nice throughout the tasting experience, enhanced by the low dosage but dampened a bit by the fruit sweetness.
Balance still to the acidic side.
Long finish, some complexity with above-mentioned aromas.

Paired with different kinds of tapas. This was a mistake. Drink w/o food.

April 16, 2020 - Yeasty, earthy nose. Really opened up over two hours. Lovely small bead and interesting complexity. Very enjoyable with crab salad for dinner.

April 2, 2020 - Bakingpowder, cinnamon, iron, yeast, winter apples and a bit of sherry. Great mouse, full body wine. Got better and better and need some time in the glas. Will probably decand my next bottle.
A bit to much right now in my opinion. Not bad just a bit to much.
