July 27, 2020 - En nariz es muy complejo. Es muy mineral, con aromas a tierra mojada. Pero también se percibe claramente vainilla y frutos negros, como moras.
En boca es equilibrado y carnoso. Largo, con los taninos bien integrados. -

November 25, 2018 - Complejo y estupendo en nariz, en boca muestra inicialmente mucha fruta. En sucesivos tragos se va redondeando.

February 16, 2017 - Capa media alta, ribete ancho y rosado.
En parado muestra ya vainilla, y al agitarlo sale ya potente la pimienta.
Entra suave en boca y se va intensificando. No tiene mucho cuerpo, pero es algo sedoso. Sale fruta roja, bastante redondo. Acaba algo astringente, con un retrogusto suave y largo, donde se nota de nuevo la vainilla. -
