April 18, 2024 - A ball buster — please excuse the French. Still tannic and straightforward. No subtlety involved. I think this wine will last forever.
(1/6/2022) Sort of a cross between the 2010 and the 2011: the intensity of the 2010 coupled with the more Médoc-like nature of the 2011. Great color. Fruit is still reserved, tannins are apparent. If tasted blind, I would not have guessed it was almost 10 years old.1 person found this helpful Comments (1) -

December 29, 2022 - Still seems youthful, big dose of oak on the nose and palate. No sign of age. Note to self-wait 5 years on this (2027)

March 13, 2022 - Agree with others. Hardly showing age, especially visually. Excellent Left Bank nose - pencil lead, cigar box, dusted blue and black fruits. Aromatically compelling with nice intensity, while the pallet showcases cohesion that has likely come from time in bottle.
