December 17, 2022 - Just an amazing champagne in probably it's perfect age window. So much better than the 2012 a week later. Gorgeous golden color. Rich and a touch of sweetness but very well balanced with some good backend acidity.

October 9, 2022 - Round, fine small beads of bubbles, generous amounts of mousse, yellow apple at the front of the palate then followed by green apple. As the wine warmed up it became a bit too sweet for me.

May 2, 2021 - Very delicious, fresh, balanced wine with just the right amount of acidity and zero tart finish. Wine was predominantly granny smith apples. Some reviews stated that the wine is peaking or past its peak. I found that my bottle was not the case. Glad I have more and a huge QPR for $40 usd I paid.

November 28, 2020 - Stunning clarity and precision with such a clean finish. Drinks so young (as in it doesn’t drink like a 13 year old wine) with minimal secondary characteristics. This is so easy to drink it would be easy to drink the entire bottle by oneself
