January 1, 2021 - Razor sharp, this is serious juice. Concentrated lemon oil, the acidity is totally dominant but there is sufficient fruit and mineral to move it toward balance. This absolutely needs time to integrate, not a pop and pour at this youthful stage.

May 15, 2020 - Quite tight and lean, not very expressive. Vacuum sealed and revisited next day serious density and an almost chewy mid-palate. There was more than a passing resemblance to Coche Dury on the second day, but the wine remained a bit too sharp for my taste. This coukd use a couple years to round out.

April 5, 2020 - Very dry, piercing acidity and minerality, lemon oil, very good lenght and concentration. Very good now and with upside with some more years in bottle.

February 22, 2020 - Clean, linear attack that fans out on the finish. This drank well over two hours, vintage is performing quite nicely now. Doesn’t seem it’s in any danger of going downhill, and I’d be inclined to drink over the next couple years.

April 26, 2019 - Boisson Vadot White Wines & A Mix of Old Red Burgundy (Paradise Valley, AZ USA): More tense and crisp than 2010, should be just as good as 2010 in a few years. Very structured, good now with excellent potential.

July 26, 2018 - This was served single blind. The Coche flint and acid was obvious. Except this for was Boisson Vadot. Started off a dead ringer for Coche but as the Coche all picked up complexity with air this b came a little one dimensional. Certainly held its own as a Coche ringer.

April 23, 2018 - The wine was so direct and flinty. It had loads of struck match, fresh lemon and white peach fruit. There was great clarity in the mouth and you feel every rocky bump. It finishes with chalky cut.

September 12, 2017 - The best way to open this wine now is to pour a glass of wine in the morning, swirl it, and pour it back into the bottle with a funnel. Let the bottle breathe without a cork for the day and you serve it at night. Matchstick, lemon zest, sulphur and oak. Palate has very sharp acidity. It is very focused. Long aging potential. A wine that is made from a reductive wine making style

April 7, 2016 - Has plenty of struck match and piercing lemon to the aroma. It is dense, chalky linear and finishes with great cut.
