April 23, 2023 - Heavy; Hint of balsamic vinegar

May 25, 2020 - Deep purple in the glass. On the nose: Tobacco, leather, and black cherry. In the glass, flavors of tobacco and black cherry that, at times, swirls into more of a generic red fruit forward. Drinking beautifully right now.
Note: a friend of ours drank a bottle of the same vintage recently and said he had noticed a bit of brett. Mot did not when she drank it, but also (thankfully) may not have a palate that is sensitive to brett - would be interested in feedback from others as well.
