November 15, 2023 - This incredibly rare wine pops the moment it's poured with its essences of flowers, ginger, yellow tropical fruits, and spearmint in the nose. The palate delivers its lush, round, sweet, yellow fruits and spicy, citrus peel notes with ease. Drink from 2023-2027.

May 9, 2023 - Rhone Candidate dinner - Hermitage Theme (Essential by Christophe): Probably the winner of the whites. I vaguely feel like I had a Guigal blanc from this year maybe a few months ago and so now I’m wondering if this is a year to keep an eye out on the white side as well as the red. More acid here. Lots of white floral. Almost a touch saline. Some minerals. Still the honey and a nice freshness.

June 2, 2021 - M&PD Covid coming-out party of 14 epic bottles of wine. This was a magnum, and it was just fantastic. The nutty flavors and roundness in the mouth were such a celebration. Sometimes Chave Blanc can be a bit heavy on the alcohol, but everything was beautifully balanced here.

November 25, 2015 - From a magnum - fabulously fresh, hints of citrus and apricots, almonds and pears.
