June 3, 2023 - Color/App: dark ruby core -> moderately deep fuschia rim; medium + viscosity. Coarse and alcoholic on PnP; decanted and let sit for 45-60 minutes and it came around a decent amount. Bouquet of blackberries, violets and olives and some nice meatiness. Palate still has some seriously grippy tannins on the front end suggesting this still needs 2-3 years sleep. Picking around, I can find some black fruit, roasted meat and charcoal before the tannins rush back in and shut down the finish. Seems like a 90-92 point wine but judgement reserved as I'd like to see what appears (or is left) after the tannins fade.

February 22, 2023 - Drinking exceptionally well, after being Audozed for 120 mins. Violets, black fruit, hints of animality/meat, good acidity, fully integrated tannins. Just lovely. Best bottle. Drinking at peak.

November 18, 2022 - Nothing special when first opened but after 30 minutes some lovely tannins appeared which gave the wine a great deal of depth.
