August 30, 2023 - 45% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier (of which10% with maceration) 15% Pinot Noir (of which 5% red wine) of which 40% of wine "reserve perpétuelle". Disgorging Jan 2021, Dos: 2g/L.
Lucent red currant color. Beautiful. Dense and continuous perlage. Strawberries, blackberries and floral notes on the nose. Sour cherry tart. Lemon. Nice acidity with light tannins. Crisp in the mouth with a nice long dry finish. -

September 17, 2022 - Second of two bottles. Lot 2014 and disgorged 2017. Has definitely gone over the hill. The carbonation is much milder. Color was darker. The predominant notes was strawberry, rose, and copper pennies. Seems to have started to oxidize.
Note to others: Drink within 3 or 4 years of disgorging. -
