July 1, 2023 - Fruit rouge frais et sucrée, acidité et tannins à point, beaucoup de fruits en bouche, on reconnaît bien la Syrah dominante tout en finesse, excellent vin du Languedoc au style Rhodanien.

Nose: Notes of raspberries with subtle herbaceous notes.
Taste:Fruity, with notes of dried figs, Medium bodied,?very nice length.

February 19, 2022 - Bu avec des amis, j'ai manqué de concentration sur la dégustation. En somme, un très beau vin du Larzac, bien fondu avec encore du tonus et de la mâche, c'est profond et la fraicheur est surprenante, on sent bien les nuits fraiches dû à l'altitude du terroir. Les arômes me rappellent les bleuêts, avec un peu de garrigue. Les fruits noirs et la réglisse ressortent en milieu de bouche, il termine sur une longue finale en paliers... légèrement salivante. Très beau produit. La prochaine dans 6-9 mois. 90-92 pts
