November 20, 2015 - Bought at the winery this summer for ~50 CHF.
Creamy lactic mouthfeel and medium acidity. Fragile notes of lemon, quince and dried fruit with mature, tertiary hints of raw mushroom, nougat and petroleum. Medium finish. Subtle wine, but interesting and very good!
