August 30, 2021 - While clearly in decline this wine still offers real pleasure. Some red fruit lingers on the nose and though the structure has faded from the palette, it is nice drinking. Drink up any remaining bottles. For me, my last, just in time

January 12, 2021 - Weak nose, with faint hints of earth. Warm, soft mouthfeel of sweet plum, creme de cassis, black cherry, milk chocolate, cane sugar with secondary terroir aspects of dry leaf--these all touch the palate and disappear rapidly, without much build-up of intensity. This wine does not have the structure or substance to evolve much more.

September 12, 2018 - This wine continues to fade and lose its concentration and structure. Very little finish. Nice finesse here though and it seemed to gain a bit of weight after several hours of decant. Drink up

August 23, 2017 - This wine has lost focus, intensity and former grandeur. The magmum enjoyed with leg of lamb was pleasant but not special.
