Tasted non blind.
Garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of roasted meat, cocoa powder, white pepper and mixed black fruits. Flavors of black cherries, black raspberries and plums. Medium acidity, firm tannin, full boided. Drink with air or hold. -

July 15, 2022 - We pnp'd after dinner with a cheese course. Dark red fruit on the nose. The palate is cherry, strawberry, dried flowers and a little sweet pipe tobacco leading to a moderately long finish.

August 21, 2021 - Excellent bottle. Explosive nose of strawberries and earth and a just a hint of gamey funk - great bottle to introduce new world palettes to the joys of southern Rhone varietals. Mid-palette juiciness and the nose are the standouts here.
