August 12, 2021 - I love the yeast signature for Lehertes, nothing toasty just a little nutty and a slight tinge of funk. Such a consistently delicious champagne. Beautiful linear orchard fruit, tart lemon, crushed rocks and razor sharp acid.

Buen peso de fruta, comedido, sin aspavientos, todo en su sitio con un buen equilibrio entre crianza, acidez y burbujas. Muy limpio sacando poco a poco esa caliza que lleva.
Parece ser que pasa por barrica pero no se nota para nada, otro buen trabajo de este productor en su linea de equilibrio y definición.
